Project Overview
The compound includes a primary residence, casita, and garage. The 2,400 SF residence is situated to take advantage of views of the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez mountain ranges. Its design features outdoor living spaces, such as a private courtyard outside of the master bedroom wing, a generous portal, and the main courtyard, which features an outdoor shower, jacuzzi and small garden.

Designed to achieve a harmony between the privacy of the client, their desire for hospitality, and connections to the landscape, the floor plan results in an at-once intimate and striking interior with open kitchen, living, and dining areas, united through a double-sided fireplace and views out to the portal, deck, and mountains.
