The 140-acre site, along the Rio Grande and north of Espanola, has seven historic buildings, the most important of which is the 19th century 6,000 SF adobe house, completely refurbished in 1924 by Mary Cabot Wheelwright, founder of the Wheelwright Museum in Santa Fe.
Spears Horn Architects has designed and directed the $1,000,000 restoration of the Wheelwright House and auxiliary buildings and site features.
