Project Overview
a 1,100 SF historic residence in Watrous, NM situated along the commercial strip of Watrous, of which the state has converted into a coffee shop. Worked closely with owner, interior designer and Watrous Valley Ranch to develop service cabinets and counter, along with new HVAC and upgraded electrical. ADA Restroom and parking provided with renovation.
